Shy Bee Graphics has found that web site construction costs vary widely. In general terms the hourly rates are from $35.00 to $150.00 and up depending on the company you contract with. Per page costs vary from $100.00 to $500.00 and up depending on the contractor and the page to be created.
Shy Bee Graphics prefers to price pages at a maximum cost per page and charge by the hour at $40.00 per hour. This usually results in page costs under $100.00. Keep in mind that you won't know how long it really takes to design and construct each page. Other companies may charge by the hour and not have a maximum cost per page. You may get billed for "idle time". Below you will find a pricing plan that I have found to be "fairest" for everyone.

Page definition: A page is approximately 2 "screens" in your browser or 600 x 800 pixels or about the size of an 8 1/2 x 11 inch sheet of paper. Some web pages may be larger than 800 pixels in length and will be priced accordingly.
